Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Provider The online shop is operated by Hotel Miramonti GmbH, located at St. Kathreinstraße 14, I-39010 Hafling, South Tyrol - Italy, registered in the commercial register under number BZ-201151 and VAT ID IT 02733910216.

2. Scope These T&C apply to all orders placed through our online shop at shop.hotel-miramonti.com. By submitting an order, you accept these T&C as valid at the time of the order.
3. Product Information and Prices All product descriptions, images, and prices in our online shop are non-binding. Errors or changes are reserved. The prices quoted are in Euros and include the statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process. Additional fees, such as customs duties, are calculated and charged by the shipping service provider.
4. Payment Terms You can pay for your order in advance, via PayPal, or by credit card. Payment is due immediately after the contract is concluded. We reserve the right to restrict certain payment methods depending on the order value, shipping region, or other factors.
5. Shipping and Delivery We deliver worldwide to the countries we have specified. Delivery time is usually 2 - 5 days from receipt of payment but may vary depending on the destination. The exact shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process. For international deliveries, additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal must be made in writing via email to info@hotel-miramonti.com. You are obliged to return the goods unused and in the original packaging at your own expense. Once the return has been received, we will refund the purchase price within 7 - 10 days.
7. Warranty and Liability The statutory warranty rights apply. In case of defects in the delivered goods, you can choose between repair or replacement. If this is not possible, you have the right to withdraw from the contract or demand a price reduction. We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction The law of the Italian Republic applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.
10. Changes to the T&C We reserve the right to change these T&C at any time. Such changes do not take effect retroactively. The current T&C are available on our website at any time. For orders already placed, the T&C valid at the time of the order apply.
